            LAWN MAINTENANCE

 

Vacant properties are maintained by performing yard maintenance every two weeks with growth over 3" tall. Our contractors will measure the height of the grass and mow down to a 2" height. Included in the basic cut is trimming, edging and disposal of clippings. 

            SNOW REMOVAL

 

Vacant properties that require snow removal will occur whenever there is 2" or more of snow. Our subcontractors will remove the snow on the driveway, sidewalk and walkways and apply a salt/de-icer to prevent freezing.
